    Due to relocation, we will sell our beautifully upgraded and spacious condo with golf membership in Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club. Ours is a 1476 square feet end unit, the largest in our complex, on the top [3rd] floor, with high ceilings and plenty of windows. The terrific view from the lanai overlooks the 7th green, a pond and the 8th fairway. The view from the rear is of our building's own heated pool, hot tub and tennis court, where relaxing is a favorite pastime. There is an elevator and 1 dedicated covered parking space, along with parking for additional cars. We love our condo's layout. A charming entry hall with angled walls leads to the dining area, then to a spacious open concept kitchen with views of the golf course. A hallway continues to the living room with bar counter facing the kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are nicely separated from the living areas. Laundry room has space for additional storage and a side by side washer and dryer, which are included in the sale. Our condo is quality throughout, with recently installed upscale ceramic tile flooring adorning the kitchen, baths and lanai, and "wood" laminate floors in living areas . Master bath includes quartz counters and a gorgeous tiled shower with high end fixtures (and toilet) by Kohler. Guest bath has quartz counter and decorative tile enclosing the tub. Even the bathroom fans were upgraded. Air conditioning unit is brand new. The spacious kitchen offers granite counters, quality appliances, recessed lighting, plenty of cabinets and a pantry. The master bedroom is comfortable and sizeable with 3 windows and a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 windows and a closet with built-in shelving. We have used the 3rd bedroom as a den/home office.
