I am looking for a subleaser/replacement for my apartment. I am unable to fulfill the lease bc my grandmother took her name off my lease. It is $540 a month with utilities included & fully furnished. Free Cable & Wi-Fi & a washer & dryer is included & it is through student living. The $610 deposit ONLY applies if you can't get a co-signer with a credit score of 600 or better, then you won't have to pay a deposit or if you're 19 years or older, they want proof (check stub, etc) that you make atleast 1,600 a month & also you won't have to pay the deposit.
