Downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex. Small pets are welcome with an additional deposit. Tenant would be responsible for electric. Water is $25 per adult per month. All prospective tenants 18+ are required to complete an application. Our application fee is $50 per adult. Minimum of a one-year lease agreement. First months rent and deposit is due at lease signing. Second months rent would be pro-rated. Pets may be allowed with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $350 OR $35 per month.
