Larger one can easily handle a more significant gathering. Pets: Will definitely consider dogs if you are willing to take responsibility for damages. The projector is retractable; my only concern would be some dogs get too excited and attack it. In-Unit Washer/Dryer: Located in a closet next to the bathroom. Some storage is available on side racking and on top of the dryer. Privacy: Two entrances into the unit & two balconies for roommates who value privacy. Very homey 8-unit building with quiet, respectful neighbors. Parking: Permit street parking available on Paulina. Free parking on Haddon. Sometimes neighbors rent out parking garages, so that may be available if you're interested in a reserved spot.
