35-year-old F renting furnished room in second floor condo for 3 months. I have a small 9yo dog, will consider a small dog, cats won't work, Big dogs not permitted by HOA. Quiet community, cozy 2,2 condo, parking out front, balcony, two pools, central location; under 3 mi to 41, Del Prado & Pine Island around the corner. I currently work from home, I keep it cleaned up. I can be a night owl but I'm quiet.
