Apartment 207 is a newly renovated 1Bed/1Bath garden apartment located at 1100 S Broadway in Lantana FL. New hurricane impact windows, new vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint, and central a/c with beautiful landscaping. The building has 24/7 video surveillance and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood right near a police station, fire department, and shopping centers. There is a washer/dryer on the 1st and 2nd floor. Pet friendly, ample parking, but no smoking inside the apartment. We collect rent through our property management software called Buildium. All payments must be digital, and must be made on the 1st of every month. Tenants are responsible for electric and water. Electric is FPL, and the water is Town of Lantana. It runs about $50 for water and $50 for electric if you are careful and make sure everything is off when you leave the apartment. This is a family owned/operated property. I manage the building, and my father Marty owns it. We have a local handyman who is on call that will handle any and all maintenance/repair requests.
