The building has 24/7 security at the front desk, 24/7 very nice gym, pool, bbqs, giant rec area, and more. The apartment is just about brand new and in great shape. At the end of March, I was the first tenant to move into this apartment. I spend all my time in the kitchen and living room, leaving the bedroom almost completely untouched, minus a bed and a lamp. This is a lease take over. The lease expires on May 29, 2020. You'd have to apply with Axis and be accepted, and your name will be added to the lease as my will be removed. If you start in September, that's a 9 month lease, perfect if you're a student or don't want to make a long commitment. Currently, Axis is only offering 14 and 15 month lease options. Free parking until the final two months of the lease, then it's $150, if you need parking. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit. At the end of the elase, you'll get the $500 deposit back that I put down as a thank you for helping me no longer have a long commute. Owner pays sewer
