First was the house 2004 a few years later came the addition. The addition is bigger than the house, as you walk through the front door you have a choice, each side has it's own living space (mother-in-law) most call it but it has it's own balcony, furnace kitchen etc. We added a hot tub and a 20k Generac generator so if you loose power you are all set!! The basement is half finished so if you want to make a 3rd apartment you can.
