If you would like to enjoy the advantages of backing onto a golf course (without worrying about golf balls), this is a great spot. Home was new tile, paint and a double garage. Oak cabinets and and office through french doors from the living room make this a very peasant home. 55+ community with all the amenities...eight Recreation Centres and plenty of golf. Can be rented with all the furniture for an additional $150 per month, as well as with a golf cart if needed. Would consider a rent to own agreement as well. Sorry about the lack of photos. This has been rented by the same snowbirds consistently since bought, who have just provided notice they won't be back next winter, so we have no photos available until April. It's pleasant though...:) Owner pay Trash, sewer water. Tenant responsible for all other utilities and upkeep.
