The kitchen and bathrooms have beautiful granite countertops! There is tile throughout except for the bedrooms. It also has a brand new air conditioning system! This house has been great to me, as I have lived here for the last 7 years. It is in the corner of the neighborhood so hardly any traffic drives by. Two bedrooms are on one side of the house and the master bedroom is on the other side with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. I will have the house professionally cleaned after I move out. We can negotiate leaving any furniture or items here if you would like, just let me know. Feel free to ask me any questions about the house :). I can almost always text back, but I may not be able to answer a phone call. I will call back though if I miss a call. I will be hiring a property manager to take over the lease since I will be living in a different state. This will provide better service to you as the renter. Termite control is not included in the listed rent price. This will be an extra $25 per month. I will cover the HOA dues. The tenant is responsible for utilities.
