The cabin boasts an antler chandelier upon entry, vaulted ceilings, stained concrete floors, a folding sliding glass door, and unique custom-made wood furniture. Short-term rental on a month-to-month basis but may consider long-term rentals as well. Appointment required to visit property. We unfortunately cannot have dogs on the property due horses' welfare. We would consider cats. Utilities included (water, trash, electric, propane, internet, security system). Pretty much everything except for cable. Yard care included. No pets, smoking, and parties. Gated property with parking near cabin. Rental for only the cabin and tenant can use the approximately 1-acre yard around the cabin but the other buildings on the property are for the equestrian facility. Rental can be month-to-month and cleaning fee of $250 non-refundable and deposit depending on duration of rent. Background check and credit check required on all adults living on premises.
