This land has a very tall tale entrenched within it's seams. The locals say it was long overlooked, passed on from owner to owner, tucked amongst the Ponderosa Pines, but never built on. The young family, exhausted by a long road to finally get to this property, had no interest in fighting this neighbor for dominance of a Canyon that was not theirs to begin with. They packed up their things and loaded up on yet another great adventure into the unknown, kicking the dust off their shoes, and never looking back. Only God knows what will come of this land, but surely there is hope for the next settler to take this fabled ground and turn it into something beautiful, even if it might be the heir to the sprawling kingdom next door.
