Bought this house in August 2019. I can provide the old photos. We did a complete remodeling...complete. I just had the house officially appraised as well - and I can send the report. Completely renovated in September 2019. List of remodel items: - New high-impact windows and outside doors - New floor across whole house - New ceiling lights across whole house (modern lighting) - New kitchen cabinets and ’open-space’ concept - New and latest kitchen steel appliances including a smart refrigerator and hanging bell. - New electric panel and wiring throughout whole house. - New A/C unit. - Removed popcorn ceiling. - New room doors. - New closet doors - Both (2) bathrooms COMPLETELY new - New marble kitchen backdrop - Secondary roof repair - Completely repainted, both inside and outside - Patio re-done, added new lights, fooor, antimosquito fence This was all done in late 2019.
