It is in a great location of Tucson, on the east side, but not far from mid-town. It is close to everthing: Fry's, Trader Joe's, Park Place Mall, Gas Light Theater, Bookmans, and many restaurants. The home is walking distance from Fry's, multiple restaurants, Ace Hardware, and much more. Just north of our home is beautiful Palo Verde Park. This park has an outdoor city pool, great walking paths, a playground, a dog park and baseball fields. The drive to both Tucson Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital is under 15 minutes, and the drive to Banner University Medical Center is about 20 minutes. Beautiful Sabino Canyon, Saguaro Monument Park East, and Mt. Lemmon are also easily accessible from our home. This is a pet friendly rental. One cat and chickens are welcome. Chicken run and coop are available for use on the property. Rent is $1200 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, trash & water). A background/credit check is required for all potential tenants.
