I have two nearly identical rooms on the second floor that I am renting out, unfurnished. This will allow someone to have not only a private bedroom but also an office/living room area. Both rooms have closet and storage spaces. There is a full private bath on the second floor for the tenant. Rental includes kitchen access as well as access to your own vegetable garden (if wanted). Washer / dryer access also included. Rent includes: heat, electricity, internet, water/sewer. Pets: I have 2 cats; prefer someone without pets but will talk. Smoking: I smoke but do not allow smoking in the house. There are two covered porches where someone can sit outside and smoke. References: Need references from last two rentals Parking: Ample parking on site with circular driveway. Prefer: No couples please. This rental is for one individual. I am looking for a no drama situation. I am looking for a mature person who will participate in keeping their spaces and shared spaces clean. I am not looking for a personal relationship but consider this a business transaction for both of us.
