No broken down cars parked out front. Vehicles must be maintained, no leaking fluids onto concrete. Renter will be responsible for cleanup. Units must be kept CLEAN and sanitary. Pet urine in the unit will not be tolerated. Any pest infestation of pests (roaches, ants ect) due to unclean units will be charged to tenant for fumigation. Landlord reserves the right to inspect units with 48hr notice to tenant. Fumigation will happen every 3 months at landlords expense. This is not optional, you will be notified 48hrs prior. Please restrain your pets. Backyards need to be accessible to landlord. You can have a lock on the gate but if you do we need the combination for yard maintenance
