In order to keep showings to only those that are truly interested please consider the following: The studio-like is move in ready; it is ideally ready for a single working person; No pets allowed. It is studio-like in that it has a kitchen sink, refrigerator, pantry, closet and bathroom/shower. This unit is a room above the garage. Entry is through a side gate patio and steps to the second floor. The garage and patio areas belong to the tenant in the unit in front of the garage. (Ie. You cannot use the garage or patio for parking or storage etc.) One parking tag is provided for parking within the complex on a first come basis. If you have two cars, one of the cars will not be able to park within the complex. Couples who share a unit car pool to the other car parked outside the complex in residential areas. Interested parties will be required to fill out an application with job information and provide bank statements showing you have funds available to pay the rent. You will not have to pay for a credit check fee. The agreement will be a one-year lease with month-to-month continuation after the first year. Upon successful selection as the tenant, you will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold the studio to the agreed upon move in date. On the move in date, an additional deposit of $1050 will be required. These two deposits (ie: $1,550) are refundable at the termination of the lease. They being combined will serve as security for the full and faithful performance of the lease including but not limited to the payment of rent, to repair damages to the premises caused by the tenant, or to clean such premises upon termination of the tenancy. On the move in date, prorated rent to the first of the following month will be required. Ie. If you move in on the middle of a month, only 50% of the rent is due plus the security deposits mentioned above. All subsequent rents will be due on the 1st of every month.
