There are renters in the front house so if you are wanting to party and make lots of noice this is not the place for you. As photos show the studio is fenced in all around except in the front which faces the back of front house Water, sewer and electricity are included if its only one person if two there will be an extra $50 added to your rent. Rent is due on the 1st and past due by the 5th and a $10 late fee will be added to the rent if not paid on time. if past due more than once an eviction notice will then be served and you will need to vacate the premises. A cat or small dog is allowed. NO Smoking in the house. there is parking beside house and you can also come through a gate and park in front of your Studio but the gate needs to be kept closed. Your lease will be for 1 year. Deposit and rent are due before you move in. If you move in before the first of the month your rent will be prorated for that month and then the rent will be due always on the 1st of each month forward.
