The amenities are on Brookside's website but include all 3 pool locations, bus pass, and the workout studios. The utilities, including internet and cable, are a fixed cost through Brookside each month along with the cost of it being fully furnished. The building is brand new this year and all furniture and everything is brand new. The rent is $649.95/mo with $60/mo in utilities and $35/mo for furniture. The end cost is $749.95/mo.
