In fact the location is almost in the center of Sulphur.Friendly Neighbors and good schools. The house was partially remolded after the last hurricane. Has a kitchen with a large refrigerator with ice maker and a garbage deposal, dishwasher and lots of cabinets. The lease is for one year. There is no smoking in the house. Off road parking provided for two cars. One in a garage. I can not get my pictures to load on this site. Because I sometimes must go into the house when no one is home I only consider small dogs (20 lbs or less) and friendly cats. I would need to meet your pet before I approve it. There is a four hundred dollar pet deposit. There is no deposit on service animals.
