We are looking to sign a one or two-year lease, although longer terms may be possible. The tenant will be required to provide first-month rent, last month rent, and a one-month security deposit upon signing the lease. The tenant will have to provide information for the background check as well as proof of employment. Students may include a co-signer to help with this requirement. The apartment is non-smoking, aside from the balcony area. Vaping is allowed. The apartment does not allow pets unless the owner and tenant speak and agree over type/size and potentially additional security deposit. The owner will handle any maintenance aside from changing lightbulbs (and other small tasks). The unit does not provide parking. Fortunately, plentiful street parking is available.
