Nice neighborhood with many mature trees. Cavalier Woods and Fairfax Villa have a volunteer civic association that sponsors occasional community events and cleanups. Fairfax Villa Park is runs along the western boarder of Fairfax Villa which is adjacent to Cavalier Woods. The park is a large wooded area left in its natural state except for a couple of hiking trails. See fairfaxvilla.org for the community website.
