Great added room on the back of house! Neighborhood Description Alief has undergone a tremendous "facelift" in the past few years! Imperial Point Subdivision has improved greatly! The Homeowners Association is very good about keeping up with deed restrictions and Imperial Point Subdivision has a great Neighborhood Watch program in place.
