Another reason for the lesser-than-average rent: The Applicant must tolerate that the needs and habits of (resident and/or visiting) Wildlife predominate here. That is to say: If you fear bobcat or fox sightings a few times a year; a turtle burying her eggs near your apartment; a pair of blacksnakes "wrestling" (family planning) out near the pond (year-round water-source); a hawk's taloned seizure of a squirrel or hare or a heron gaining sky with a fish moreover, if you reflexively fear Wildlife as so many people do that is, if these or other Natural events could upset you, meaning you no offense, we respectfully request that you NOT apply for this position. Thank you. The Apartment is fully furnished. Included is: Sanctuary well water (not unlimited, please). Own parking apron. Trash collection and basic recycling. Washer in storage shed.
