Hey my name is Lance, and I'm looking for a young professional to rent a bedroom in my apartment at Colvin Woods. I am 22 years old, currently interning at KImley-Horn in Reston for the next year. I am looking for a male roommate who is easy to get along with, is fairly clean, and will be respectable of each others space in the apartment. I love watching football, hiking, working out, and spending my time outdoors, so I wont always be in the apartment after work. This is a 2 bedroom apartment, with 1.5 bathrooms. It is located on the fourth(which is really the third since the first level goes down) floor There are a multitude of amenities as seen in website below, so feel free to check it out. I am not moving in until May 29th, and currently in Indiana, so everything you see in the pictures or on the website is basically what I can tell you about the place.
