We live in a brick bungalow style house that features 4 bedrooms. It is nestled in a quieter neighborhood in Royal Oak, with lots of street parking available. Freeways are close by for getting to other cities quickly, and we're within walking distance to downtown. Our house has high speed internet, central AC for those hot days and a cool brick patio for outdoor barbecuing in the summer. There's laundry in the basement. The room available is on the first floor, and has a shared bathroom. It's roughly 11x11 feet. It has hardwood floors and fresh paint. If you have a king size bed, it probably won't fit. Note: Smoking is okay as long as you do it outside. This property has a landlord as a roommate. We are looking for someone who can commit to staying for a year. Most housemates usually stay 2-3 years. Smoking is okay if you do it outside. We do weekly house upkeep things, and share the house chores. These get divided evenly among all 4 housemates, and will take about 1 hour a week.
