The apartment offers complete privacy and is surprisingly spacious, far exceeding the impressions given by the photos. Guests are consistently delighted by how roomy it is. For your security, I change the entry code on the keypad for every new tenant. Nestled in the Trolley District of Ogden, Utah, our location offers stunning tree-top views. You'll be close to numerous hiking, walking, and biking trails, as well as farmer's markets, coffee shops, yoga studios, hot springs, art exhibits, movie nights in the park, fall hot air balloon festivals, and the historic charm of 25th Street. This charming 111 year old apartment is sure to give you the peace and comfort you need during your mid term stay. I live on site and am available in the afternoons and evenings. The Ogden Eclectic is a fully furnished mid-term rental. All utilities and Wifi are included in the rent amount. The minimal amount to stay is 30 nights and the maximum is 180 days. After the 180 days, if both the renter and myself, the land lord, agree the lease may be extended with no further fees. Renters will need to abide by the lease agreed upon with no early or cancelled leases. This is a no smoking apartment. The price is based on one or two residents. No more than two people may stay. The price is the same with one person, or two. It has a flat rate of $1,300 per month.
