Family friendly 4/2/2 with fireplace located across the street from Kennedale high school. We are private owners, not a management company. We prefer someone who is able to do basic maintenance and repairs on the home, if needed, since we do not live in the area. The house has a few cosmetic needs now but is overall a lovely spacious home. We are able to negotiate on repairs/cleanings for decreased deposit and are also pet friendly. The house is available immediately.
