This house is in a very nice location. It is across from the golf course. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bathroom has recently been remodeded. It also has a swimming pool. It is in a very tranquil environment and walking distance to intermediate and middle schools. It is also very convenient to shop. We only accept small pets and charge $500 deposit for the first pet and $250 for the second one. Monthly pet fee of $50 for one dog and $25 for a cat. The pets deposit $500 will be nonrefundable. We do not accept Section 8. If you meet the following qualifications, you are welcome to apply: 1. Non-smoker/Drug-free 2. No loud noise or disturbances 3. Credit score of 580 or higher 4. Minimum household income of $9,000 per month 5. Please include your salary stubs when submitting your application. 6. If you are accepted, we need to copy your driver's license. This is at the start of moving in, in order to verifiy you have the actually credentials. One year mandatory commitment. $500 initial non refundable payment for one pet. $250 initial non refundable payment for the second pet. $50.00 for each dog, each month. $30.00 for each cat, each month.
