Great wide open home=== great neighborhood and neighbors-- the 1983 sf is wisely used and seems much larger--- there is a flex room that could be 4th bedroom , office . craft or play room -- great location-- not on island so not high insurance-- about 7 min from beach -- low HOA of 367 sf and there is no pool but we joined the next neighborhood's ammenities plan with indoor/ outdoor pool with a restaurant which YUMMY and is only 2-3 min away by car === 5 or 6 golf courses all around or maybe more - one directly behind house thru a wooded area --- HOUSE is only 4 months old MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE THE HOME REDUCED TO $449,999 REALTORS SHOW YOUR CLIENTS 2.5 % This is a new 2022 home bought in late Feb 22. We have enjoyed it but have decided to go back home or downsize in this area. We must have a letter of prequal or cash statement we would like quick sale or rent back or something we can work out together for mutual benefits.
