Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom, each with a bathroom and the open kitchen and breakfast bar gives plenty of privacy as well as a place to gather Utilities included, wifi, electricity and water. No smoking on the property. No pets. Only Certified Organic substances for pest control inside and outside the house. Landscaping maintenance by owner. No open fires outside, ie torches, fire pits or bar-b-ques. Only propane grills allowed. No parking on street. Reverse osmosis drinking water at kitchen sink. Only heavy weight deck furniture and no items in yard, since high winds can come up at any time. No temporary structures. Rent must be paid in full by 5th day of each month or 5% late fee. Standard Tennessee month-to-month lease with possibility of annual lease after several months. Agreement to House Rules including securing trash, no toxic chemicals, or insecticides and minor landscape maintenance.
