We're going for an "intentional living community" vibe where folks aren't just renting a space in someone else's house, but can feel like it's their home too. All utilities, internet, soaps and detergents, garden space, even some bulk food staples, all provided no strings attached. We encourage shared meals and cooking together, shopping together, etc... but none of that is required. Just a monthly house meeting so we can all check in.
