Hello I bought this duplex this year, moved into one unit, and am looking to rent out the other half (be my neighbor?) Available for move in January 20. Contract length is flexible. We can negotiate a few items, but as a baseline, utilities will be on you, except water. I pay for your water (about $40/month). Great location (obviously): close to old town & CSU, quick access to I-25. Since we'll be neighbors, a bit of info about me: I'm a 29 year old single dad to a 1.5 year old son, and you'll be helping supplement my income to raise the little guy! I have him about half the nights. I like actually being friends with my neighbors, so if that'll annoy you, then this isn't the place for you. This is a duplex, so we share the main/center wall that runs along the length of the house. This means we'll hear each other at certain times! We can hear each other walk (the joists just run across both units, no way around it). I've heard screaming, slamming, stomping, and music (mostly the bass) from prior tenant.
