This is a spacious home with lots of room for anyone who needs office space/ there are two offices and a bathroom downstairs in the partial basement. There is a deck out back with mature trees and a creek that runs on the back of the property. This is an older home that is partially updated. We decided not to completely update everything to keep the rental costs down. It is in nice condition however in a good quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We are not allowing pets or smokers in our properties due to damage experiences in the past. We require a credit/ background check/ proof of income and rental references.
