Large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Half bath on main floor. First month, Security Deposit, and Last month rent (as in the last month of the lease agreement) required to move in. I have found that tenants actually like this because at the end of the lease you simply tell me that you are moving and basically won't have to pay rent for about 2 months which allows you time to save up for your next property.
