House was built 2016 very good condition has microwave, stove and refrigerator. With fence in backyard and very good neighbor hood and has a 2 car garage . There's couple of stains on the carpet but might be putting in vinyl tile pretty soon. You have to be in a 1 year contract minimum and renter's pays for light, water and wifi. No smoking in the house 1 pet allowed and only the renter's can stay at the house anybody visiting can stay for a week only. If you decide to move somewhere else and leave early from your contract you will lose your deposit. You have to cut the grass and pull weeds and make sure drive way is cleaned no stains. The yard always has to be kept well cleaned and nothing throwing on the grass and never park on the grass. If you change anything inside the house you have to get the approval from me. You will pay by check or cash I won't take anything else it will be due first of the month and you will need to pay security deposit and first month rent to move in. Also if you have a pet they are not allowed to pee or poop on the grass take them across the street to do there business. Any damages to the house renters will have to fix.
