Fully furnished including linens, kitchenware, 2 Roku televisions, towels, pots/pans, etc. All you need are your personal clothes and food. Full size kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. Couch converts to queen size bed. King size bed in loft bedroom. All utilities paid by landlord. No smoking allowed indoors. Minimum 2 people. There is a $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee to be paid with first month's rent. First month's rent to be paid before move in along with $500 deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease but after at least one months stay. Any damages, missing items or unpaid rent will be deducted from the $500 deposit. Lease is month to month with a 30 day notice of termination required in order to receive deposit refund.
