It's a pleasure to cook or prep in the Granite and Stainless Steel Kitchen, with water views from sink, island bar, and adjacent dining bay. The views from the wrap around windows in the dining bay make you feel like you're on the bow of a ship. It's fun to entertain family and guests here; one can even watch the game or movie on the big screen from its reflection in the mirror (for those in the kitchen, island bar, or dining room). Down the hall from the Great Room and Kitchen, you'll find a Guest Bath with tub, and a washer & dryer. The North Bedroom, at the end of the hall, offers tranquil light and coastal breezes, and can be set up in the manner you prefer: with a King-size bed, or with two twins, or with a trundle, giving you some extra flex space for your yoga, meditation, hobby, etc. The South Bedroom most consider the "Master Suite," with its in-suite bathroom with shower, and its extra egress door, for those early morning walks to the beach (or those late-returning nights when you'd rather not wake your guests). Guests tell us they rarely use their car, as EVERYTHING is within walking distance in this centrally located, pedestrian-friendly beach island. Treasure Island's world famous beach, with its "singing sand," is just a short (Google estimates 7 minutes) walking distance from your door. We've included a couple of aerial maps and some snap shots of a typical walk from condo to beach. The multi-use trail on the beach allows you to safely travel to Restaurants, Grocery Store, Ice Cream shops, Treasure Island's "down town" and all the interesting, exciting, and unusual Beach Events - Drum Circles, Fireworks, Festivals, Sand Castle Building, Sea Turtle watching..... Beach walking, and quiet back-street routes can get you to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, and to the Dolphin Watching, Fishing, and Cruise Boat docks too. Bringing your own boat? Let us know, our deeded boat slip for up to 32' vessel may be available for your sailboat, yacht or motor boat. Bicycle, Kayak, and Paddle Board rentals are all within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants, bars, and ice-cream parlors. There's even a Waffle House on the corner (about 6 minute walk from your condo). No smoking, and no pets, sorry. This condo is a second floor walk-up, so again, sorry, there are no elevators, but there are exceptional views and breezes. Depending upon length of stay, resort taxes (13%) may apply.
