We are located in the West Toluca Lake subdivision, adjacent to the NOHO Arts District, close to freeways, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and parks. It is a gated community with 22 units total. There are two single-level one bedroom units, two one bedroom plus loft units, and the remaining eighteen units are all two bedrooms. Our property offers a pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, bicycle parking, courtesy patrol service, and emergency maintenance. Renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, trash, sewer, and water. The lease must be pre-signed after the credit check is approved. First month's rent and full security and pet deposits are due prior to move-in. We allow a maximum of two pets. Dogs must be under 25" or under 25 lbs. There is a $300.00 pet deposit for each pet.
