    Traditional home in a fantastic neighborhood! Wood trim throughout this home, vaulted living room and master, formal dining room has custom wainscoting. Extra storage under the stairs, the attic and built in storage in the garage give plenty of room for seasonal items. The master has a walk in as well as a bonus closet, double shower and sinks. The other bedrooms have nice views of the yard and good sized closets. The kitchen is updated with new countertops, sink and faucets. We have a newer dishwasher which can be left with the home if the new owner desires, although the current one works very well. A powder room downstairs is perfect for guests. The carpets need to be replaced, we are giving a cash back allowance to accomplish this so that the new owners may pick their own carpets. Heating and cooling system and sprinker system just maintained. We are twenty minutes from downtown Portland, or twenty minutes to the high tech areas. Neighborhood Description We are surrounded by neighbors of all ages who enjoy one another and create a sense of community. Around the corner, there is an annual block party and when the snow falls, everyone takes off work and plays. Our house is two blocks from an entrance to the extensive Fanno Creek trail system for biking, dog walking and hiking. Many playground areas are available throughout the trail. We have amazing neighbors-we will miss them a great deal when we move.
