LEASE DURATION & SHARED LIVING ARRANGEMENT
Lease terms are available for six (6) months. A twelve (12) month lease term may also be available and is negotiable based on the rental arrangement and approval by management.
The renter will have exclusive use and privacy of their assigned bedroom. All other designated common areas of the residence are shared spaces and must remain available for the use and enjoyment of all approved residents at all times. Shared common areas may include the kitchen, living room, dining area, hallways, laundry area, and shared bathroom facilities, where applicable.
Residents are expected to respect one another's privacy, personal belongings, and right to reasonably use the shared common areas. No resident may claim exclusive use of, block access to, or prevent another approved resident from using a designated common space. Residents are expected to maintain shared areas in a reasonably clean, sanitary, and orderly condition after use.
The Property Manager will conduct a scheduled property visit approximately once per month to review the general condition of the shared living arrangement, identify maintenance needs, and address necessary repairs or property concerns. Residents will be provided notice of routine visits in accordance with the lease, property policy, and applicable law. Additional access may occur when necessary for requested repairs, maintenance, emergencies, safety concerns, or other lawful property-management purposes.
The purpose of the monthly property visit is to help maintain a safe, functional, respectful, and well-kept shared living environment for all residents. Any maintenance concerns should be reported promptly and should not be delayed until the monthly visit, when immediate attention may be needed.
