Hello! My roommate Samuel and I are looking for someone to move into a room in our home as soon as possible. Our previous roommate unexpectedly moved back home to Ohio, hence this ad. We are in our mid 20's-early 30's, and are looking for someone in that same age range, roughly. The place is pretty neat, all things considered. Utilities usually total around $70/month, and the landlord (who lives on the second floor) is very nice and has been extremely helpful and prompt whenever something's needed fixing. Oh, and we have free laundry! Finally, a quick blurb about us: I'm a barista who's currently in technical school, and Samuel works at Chuck E. Cheese and is an unrepentant cinema junky. We are looking for someone with no pets and who is LGBTQ+ friendly. Attached are a few pictures of the apartment, including the room that is available.
