We love our home, but have simply outgrown it with our family. We invested close to $45,000 to upgrade the entire unit. As noted in the pictures there are custom cabinets, master bedroom closet organizers, upgraded flooring, faucets and lighting, etc. Built in window seats with storage in the kitchen. The air condition unit was replaced in 2013. Too many upgrades to list!
