Private room in a 2 floor condo, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms with a cute front garden. It's a cool adobe modern mix with fun windows. The room has its own private attached bath and walk in closet. It is big enough to fit a king bed in it. It's unfurnished right now but we are willing to furnish it for a bit more tacked on to rent and deposit. The interior is newer construction with gas stove, washer and dryer in unit, and central AC (which has been amazing this summer). It's in a prime location, on 11th and Silver in SW ABQ. It's walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, parks, and the Saturday farmers market. It's 5-10 min from hospitals and UNM which is perfect for nurses and students. It's also within 15-20 min of everything in ABQ. WiFi, water and garbage included in rent. We would consider another small dog joining our pack, we prefer hypoallergenic. There is no smoking on property. There is safe street parking around unit.
