Prime Location: Situated in Ocean View area of Norfolk, you'll be close to the best spots in the area, including: the Ocean View Fishing Pier, Ocean View Beach park and Stony's Dockside Bar and Grill for great sea food! COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, all surfaces, and any additional heavily touched surfaces around the space. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance as coronavirus restrictions and cases are changing to protect your trip. Our cancellation policy is firm. Permit number: ZP24-00619 Entire home is yours to enjoy. There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, records video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience! 30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay. Rental Terms & Policies Inclusions & Requirements Monthly Cleaning: One cleaning per 30 days is required. Cleaning fee is included in the listed price (varies per property). Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay. For all other guests, leases apply to stays of 90 days or more. Screening & Insurance Credit Check & Damage Insurance: Required for bookings of 30+ days. House Rules No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for violations. Reservation Date Change Policy Within 60 days of check-in: Treated as a cancellation and subject to the standard cancellation policy. Guest must cancel and rebook (travel insurance may apply). More than 60 days before check-in: Changes may be accommodated, subject to availability.
