Security deposit is equal to rent, some cases may require last months rent to be paid up front as well, no holding of houses without deposit. Cats are OK. Pet deposit is required. We rent both single family homes and duplex's. All single family homes require tenant to pay ALL utilities, all duplex units require tenant to pay all utilities except: water, sewer and trash. Simple month to month terms. Ask about saving $25 per month and move in promos at the open house! Month to month lease - stay as long as you want (and are a good tenant!). Owner pays water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays all other utilities.
