The large kitchen island is ideal for work with under counter electrical. The guest house is located above a detached garage (sorry no garage access). Tenant must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Maximum 2 adults. Minimum 30 day rental. Available 2/27/2023. Owner pays for utilities, landscaping and home maintenance. Ample street parking directly in front of the guest house. 1st, last and deposit due prior to move in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any animals, including service animals, because a family member who often stays in the guest house has severe allergic asthma.
