The utilities are around $250 a month and if you have a pet it's and additional $35 a month. The unit is directly next to the club house and dog park. There is great parking right outside and the trash bin is also close. This is a second floor unit so you don't need to worry about up stairs neighbors. If interested we will meet at the apartment to walk through the unit and then head the the club house to start the process of getting you approved.
