Over a 1-month lease requires a background/credit check. Short-term rentals must be paid in advance, longer-term rentals sign a rental agreement for the entire term, and pay on a monthly basis. All guests/tenants must pay a security deposit and cleaning fees. (Short-term rental under 1 month only pays for 1 cleaning. Long-term pays for 2 cleanings per month.) No pets, no smoking in or on the premises. See property description for additional information. We do NOT allow more than a 6-month rental. We DO allow short-term rentals of at least 2 days for most dates, but up to 4 days minimum for some special event dates or holidays. Inquire for short-term rates.
