Thee HOA maintains the community in excellent shape. The residences keep their property up keeping the neighborhood looking great. The house has been a rental but well maintained. We repaired things as soon as they were called to our attention. The only reason we are selling the house is that I am my wife are in our eighties and it is time to unload some of our properties.
